Spring 2026 Softball!

​Registration for spring 2026 softball is open!   Registration closes on February 28, 2026.   

​Here are some important details about the upcoming season:

*We will offer an 8U division and a 10U division for the 2026 spring season.   Our softball association has changed the age range for the divisions to better align with school cut off dates.  Please refer to the NISA age chart which is posted on our website.    8U division is birth date September 1 2016- August 31 2019 (age 5-8) and the 10u division is September 1, 2014- August 31 2016.  

*We are in need of volunteers, including coaches, for the upcoming season.   Please reach out to wlgirlssoftball2015@gmail.com or call 815-236-8954 to discuss if interested.

* Spring season fees are $140 which are due at time of registration.   Payment may be sent via paypal (WLgirlssoftball2015@gmail.com) or by Zelle to 815-236-8954.
The fees include the team jersey (team shirt).   Jerseys will not be custom and numbers will be assigned at random and will be distributed at the upcoming uniform fitting date.  

*Field Practices begin the first week of April and will be two evenings a week as scheduled by the coaches. We are also hoping to get some indoor practices scheduled in March.  The games will be played May through June. There will be approximately 12-14 games.  The game schedule will be set following our meeting with the softball association in April.

🥎 Season Details:

  • Spring Season: Practice begins April | Games: May–June

  • Fall Season: Practice begins August | Games: mid-September – October
